When others were scratching their heads, Craig was the one with the correct answer and he served as the perfect guide. Craig made himself available at all times. Something came up at one point in the process and we called Craig when he was boarding a plane. He stayed on the phone and talked it through with us until we were perfectly clear on the next action to be taken, all while the airline steward was in the background asking him to put away his phone.
